If your system is under manufacturer warranty, we work closely with the manufacturer to bring you the quickest possible solution to your issue. If your computer system is no longer under warranty and requires repair, we will find the best possible prices for replacement parts to keep your cost to a minimum. We understand the need to keep costs low and we pledge to do just that.

Virus & Spyware Removal:

We specialize in virus & spyware removal.
Many users have spyware and viruses they are unaware of. A sluggish computer, popup ads, system lock up can all be signs of infection. In most cases these threats can be removed and your computer returned to normal working condition without losing important data and settings. This service also includes security setup, all program updates, service packs and patches needed to curb reinfection.

System Maintenance:

Your computer's operating system requires regular maintenance. Much like our junk drawer at home we say "we might need that later" and leave it. The accumulation of temporary files, log files, un-used programs, and more can slow your computer to a crawl. We install Windows with all service packs, security updates and performance settings to ensure your computer runs optimally. We will install any software at your request. If your having problems with any of your software we may be able to get it running for you.

Hardware Installations:

Whether its an upgrade, replacement, printer, scanner, or camera, we will install and configure your hardware with the latest drivers and settings for optimal performance.

Parts and Accessories:

We don't stock many computer parts in the shop. Why buy parts that have been on a shelf for months at top dollar pricing. We prefer to bring you up to the minute pricing on the newest computer parts and accessories available. If you need an older part and can't find one give us a call. We can obtain most parts for you.

Standard delivery is normally 2 days.

Data Backup:

Data backup is important. When Windows fails you will lose all your pictures, documents and music. We offer a variety of backup solutions.

Image CD's:

Most computers ship with a proprietary restore partition allowing you to restore your computer to factory defaults. While this is not a bad feature, if your hard drive fails and you replace it you will not be able to reload Windows without purchasing a full Windows CD. We can create a restore or image file of your computer for easy restoration.

New System Setup:

Have you purchased a new computer, speakers, printers, scanner or some other hardware and don't know how to hook them up? We will come to your home and perform a complete installation of any and all hardware as well as a basic walk through of general use.

Internet Connection Setup:

We will come to your home and setup any type of Internet connection on a single computer. This service includes basic network and security settings.

Network Setup:

We offer network setup which includes 2 or more computers sharing files, folders and or an Internet connection. This service includes basic networking, file sharing and basic network security. This service includes dial-up, wired and wireless networking.

Network Router Setup:

We offer network router setup which includes port forwarding. Many users experience problems with favorite chat programs or online gaming due to router settings. Your router needs to be configured to allow these types of applications to work properly.

Network Security Evaluation & Setup:

We will test and configure your working network to ensure its secured properly. This is especially important with wireless networks.

E-Mail Client Setup:

Avoid logging into your free e-mail accounts. We can set your Windows
e-mail client to retrieve your mail from many free e-mail services, as well as the e-mail address supplied by your service provider.
