Doyle Computer Services may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service or security issues related to a product or service you requested, or confirming you requested a product or service. The customer is an intrinsic part of the service. 
• Access to your Personal Information. You can review and edit the personal information and contact preferences you provided at time of service. You will be asked for your customer number and or username which will identify you. 
• Security of your Personal Information. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computers not connected to the Internet with limited access by DCS employees only. 
• Termination. Either party without notice may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs above shall survive any termination of this agreement. If agreement is terminated any and all personal information provided will be destroyed. 
• Dealings with Third Parties. Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any third party found on or throughout the site, regarding the collection of personal information, are solely between you and such third party. You agree that DCS shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or other matters of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. 
• Links. The site may provide, or third parties may provide, links to non-Internet sites or resources. Because DCS has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that DCS is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or misused personal information from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that DCS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
